About

Ponce Springs Lofts is a live/work community just off of the Atlanta Beltline at 620 Glen Iris Drive NE, across the street from Ponce City MarketHistoric Fourth Ward Park, and Southern Dairies. The complex shares its name with the historical Ponce Springs Park, the former Atlanta Cracker's baseball field and current location of the popular Midtown Plaza. Ponce de Leon Springs was named by retired physician Henry L. Wilson based on his assertion that the spring water on the site cured illness. Later, a horse car trolley making daily trips to the area from downtown brought more people to the area and the valley surrounding the springs became a park utilized for rest and rejuvenation.

Ponce Springs Lofts (PSL) is located at the North end of Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward (O4W) district, an area comprised of both historic homes and contemporary in-town living. PSL's 100 residential units feature one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans, all with balconies. Units have 10' ceilings, concrete floors and open floor plans. Many units have been upgraded with hardwood floors or tiled baths. Kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets and granite counter tops. PSL's 12 live/work units are home to various businesses and retail services. Owners have the flexibility to live in their units, operate a business from their units, or a combination of both.

Our street-front retail spaces offer larger-scale (17,000 sqft) retail needs. View our Businesses Page for more information.
