Stucco Work Phase III

PSL Residents and Businesses: another phase of stucco work is starting on the building this week. Pressure washing will occur prior to stucco work. The work will be on the Glen Iris Drive side of the building. Units on this side of the building should:

• Ensure all items have been removed from balconies no later than Friday, April 29. Balconies must remain clear of items until work is complete.
• Remember to keep all windows and sliding glass doors completely closed and locked during the cleaning/repair process.

The work should be complete within a couple of weeks (depending on the weather). If you have any questions, please contact our property management representatives, Kim Hedden or Kim Roberts.
